RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We stand behind every product we sell. If something is wrong, we will make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, no need to ship anything back.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.
Conditions for Returns
- Item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging
- - Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- - Photos or video of the issue are required for damage claims
- - Items damaged by misuse, wear and tear, or improper care are not eligible
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, used pet bedding, feeding products and grooming tools cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Wrong Order / Not Delivered
Received the wrong item, or your order never arrived? Contact us and we will fix it at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
