SHIPPING POLICY

 

Free worldwide shipping on every order. No minimum, no hidden fees.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

 

Estimated Delivery

Please allow 10-20 business days for delivery. Most orders arrive well before that, we would rather surprise you early than keep you waiting.

 

Tracking

Every order includes full tracking. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, contact us at hellopawnest@proton.me and we will look into it immediately.

 

Delays

On rare occasions (customs, holidays, carrier issues) delivery may take longer than estimated. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, contact us and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
